My little brother used to live there, he moved back home (to CT) last year. he’d def agree that it’s somewhere you go to chase a dream.
Scary thing is, seems like some “unprecedented natural disaster” can happen anywhere there days.
It's such a magical place - and a real bitch, too. And yep - you're right. It can happen anywhere, anytime. I feel pretty safe here in Phoenix - we just deal with heat and dust storms, but you never know. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW.
